For their new site and building, we assisted in developing programming which identified types of spaces for each department and their adjacencies. This information was integral in developing the architectural form. The building features an exposed steel rafter and expansive storefront glass at the front entry. The prefinished metal building and standing seam roof fall in line with the business’ industrial nature. The interior aesthetic carries through the industrial elements which are balanced with natural woods, textured elements, and a nature-inspired color scheme, achieving a warm and balanced design.
