We like to challenge ourselves by trying to balance work and play which is up for debate because we love a good time filled with a lot of laughs. We enjoy building relationships with people of different backgrounds, experiences, and personalities because it makes life way more interesting. Our meaningful connections with people helped us create ROAM Studio and keep it sustainable.

Combined, we have over 40 years of architecture and interior design experience that covers a broad spectrum of project types. In our career we have worked on commercial, hospitality, aviation, healthcare, educational, industrial, residential, master planning, and conceptual projects. Our cumulative experience has given us the ability to be adaptable and creatively versatile when navigating through diverse projects and client goals.

Intern Architect
Candela’s path to architecture began in Argentina, where her creativity was nurtured through dance, singing, acting, and painting. Experiencing these art forms and the environments that supported them sparked her curiosity about how spaces shape human experiences. This interest ultimately led her to pursue architecture, earning her degree from the Facultad de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Diseño, UNC.

Her story is one of perseverance and growth. Moving to Oklahoma meant adapting to a new culture, learning a new language, and navigating a different professional landscape. Candela views these experiences much like an architectural project: every challenge presents an opportunity to find thoughtful and creative solutions. Her passion lies in designing spaces that are intentional, welcoming, and rooted in a sense of belonging.

Candela’s ingenuity and determination enrich our studio every day. We are grateful to have her on our team and allowing us to help shepherd her towards becoming a licensed architect. Beyond architecture, she channels her creativity into baking through Delicia Argentinian Pastries LLC, a business inspired by the cherished recipes and flavors of her family and Argentine culture.

Human Resources + Business Development
Born with a natural talent for human engagement, Homer elevates the office culture with his positive attitude and boisterous personality. His unconventional skill set involving enthusiastic hugs, impulsive licks, overly long gazing stares, and attention-seeking behavior are a real morale booster. He strategically plans power naps so that when it’s time to shine with new clients he’s really taking relationship building to the next level. He has an unparalleled ability to juggle staff needs while engaging in interspecies networking. Homer is the real MVP in this studio.

Interior Designer, IIDA
A passionate designer with a keen eye and love for creativity, Norma is always looking for new ways to express herself by creating beautiful and functional spaces. She thrives within a collaborative environment while embracing leadership roles without hesitation. Norma’s dynamic design range reflects her dedication to professional growth and desire to positively contribute to the community.
Norma finds solace and inspiration in her hobbies which include baking, crafting, and all things artistic! Her curiosity knows no bounds. Whether it's experimenting with new crafting techniques or delving into musical history, she approaches each venture with enthusiasm and an open mind. Her diverse interests not only enrich her own life but also infuse her design projects with unique insights and perspectives.

Chief Operations Gatekeeper
Despite being the smallest team member at ROAM, Rosa exudes a big personality that commands attention. As an office gatekeeper, she alerts the staff on visitors, non-visitors, canines, and any inanimate object she spies out the window. When Rosa isn’t snoring in the office, she dutifully patrols the office for crumbs. Though she takes her responsibilities very seriously, Rosa is equally known for her friendly demeanor and willingness to warm any available lap.
